Dopo la manifestazione di sabato 28 settembre in seguito al blocco delle
pratiche degli Uffici di via Lupi di Toscana e per chiedere l’abrogazione
della legga Boss-Fini chiamiamo tutti e tutte a continuare la lotta
E’ tempo che lo denunciamo: sono leggi razziste come la Bossi-Fini e le
varie emersioni (sanatorie-truffe) che producono razzismo, sfruttamento,
burocrazie complicate e circuiti criminali.
Permessi di soggiorno subito per tutti/e: sanatorie 2009 e 2012, flussi,
rinnovi!
Basta lentezze burocratiche, basta truffe!
Basta legge Bossi-Fini. Basta sfruttamento!
Per la chiusura di tutti i C.I.E.!
Piena cittadinanza a chi nasce in Italia!
Non siamo più disposti ad accettare ricatti, truffe, attese basate su
leggi ingiuste,
fatte per negare diritti e imporre sfruttamento ai e alle migranti.

Après la manif de samedi 28 septembre suite à l’arrêt des travaux des
Bureaux de Via Lupi di Toscana et pour demander l’abrogation de la loi
Boss-Fini
Nous appelons tous et toutes à continuer la lutte
Il y a beaucoup de temps qu’on le dénonce: ce sont les lois racistes comme
la Bossi-Fini et les innombrables “émersions” (sanatorie – truffa) qui
produisent du racisme, de l’exploitation, des bureaucraties compliquées et
aussi des circuits criminels.
On denonce la Bossi-Fini aussi comme une loi criminel. Des centaines de
migrants meurent dans la mer, comme à Lampedusa, et les pêcheurs qui
essaient de les sauver risquent la réquisition de leur propre navire et
l’accusation d’aide à l’immigration illegale.
Permis de séjour tout de suite pour tous: sanatoria 2009, sanatoria 2012,
flux, renouvellements !
Ça suffit avec les lenteurs bureaucratiques, ça suffit avec les escroquerie !
Ça suffit avec la loi Bossi-Fini et avec tout type d’exploitation !
Pour la fermeture de tous les C.I.E. !
Pour une pleine « cittadinanza » pour ceux qui naissent en Italie !
Nous ne sommes plus disposés à accepter des chantages, des arnaques, des
attentes infinies dues à des lois injustes, qui ont été pensés pour nier
des droits et imposer l’exploitation aux migrants.

After the demonstration of Saturday 28 September following the stop of the
Office in via Lupi di Toscana that does not release the permits of stays,
and to ask for the abrogation of the Bossi-Fini
law
WE CALL ON EVERYBODY TO CONTINUE THE FIGHT.
We denounce: Bossi-Fini law and the sanatorias produce racism,
exploitation, complicated bureaucracy and criminal scams.
We denounce the Boss-Fini law as a criminal law too.
Hundreds of immigrants die in the sea, like at Lampedusa, and fishermen
risk the seizure of their ship and
a charge for illegal immigration, if they try to save them!
Permits of stay right now for everybody: sanatoria 2009 and 2012, renewals
and so on!
Enough with slow bureaucracy.
Enough with scams!
